Le Fontane residence in Villasimius with swimming pool

The Le Fontane residence is located a few hundred meters about 10/15 minutes walk from the centre of Villasimius, on the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, characterized by long beaches of fine white sand.

Thanks to its position you can easily reach some of the most beautiful beaches: the protected area of Capo Carbonara, Porto Giunco and Punta Molentis.

Villasimius does not only offer the sea, there are numerous attractions in the locality: archaeological sites, museums, opportunities to practice various sports, discos, clubs, shops and restaurants where you can taste the culinary specialities and excellent local wines.

Le Fontane Residence is located in a quiet residential area and is equipped with:

The complex carries out separate collection and transfer of waste in special containers.

It has well-finished and well-kept apartments, overlooking an internal courtyard, located on the first or second floor with a balcony equipped with tables and chairs, offering:

- iron and ironing board (upon request)
- kettle
- bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- air conditioning
- 1 umbrella supplied in each apartment

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement is required for apartment cleaning.

We like it because: the fees include:
- final cleaning (kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50)
- electricity, water and gas
- bed linen (changed every 7 days for stays of at least 14 nights)
- air conditioning
- use of the swimming pool
- washing machine and barbecue for common use
- use of bicycles until exhaustion

COSTS TO PAY ON-SITE 
- Tourist tax: according to the regulations of the municipality of Villasimius.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment, returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Rearrangement (kitchenette excluded): Bilo € 30
- Beach towel rental € 5 per change
- Cot 0/2.99 years € 5 per day (free if owned by the customer)
- Pets (max 25 kg) € 30 per stay, excluding common areas
- Extra bed (5th bed in Bilo 4) € 15 per day
