The apartment with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Tavolara is 1,500 meters from the famous La Cinta beach.

The rates include electricity, water, gas, first supply of bed linen and towels and final cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- The cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to your home 48 hours after checking the apartment by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Bed and bath linen: €14 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table : €3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and before 00h00 supplement of € 25, if not warned and after 00h00 possibility of entry only the following day.
