Sea Villas

The Sea Villas is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea with a breathtaking view. Located within the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, it is a few kilometres from Stintino. Due to its location, a car is recommended. At about 3 km the beautiful beach of Le Saline is characterized by shallow sloping waters suitable for families with children, while at about 10 km there is the renowned beach of La Pelosa.

The complex has:
- reception office 09.00/13.00 and 16.30/20.00
- wi-fi in the reception area
- reserved unattended parking

The Sea Villas is made up of numerous semi-detached, multi-family or terraced villas, some with community swimming pool (shared with other apartments) and others without swimming pool, they are all equipped with:
- tv
- washing machine
- equipped kitchenette including toaster
- air conditioning (1 split in villa 4, 2 splits in villa 6)
- iron and ironing board (upon request)
- American coffee machine/kettle (on request for a fee)
- bathroom with hairdryer, bath and/or shower
- 1 umbrella provided in each villa
- barbecue (on request)
- equipped patio or balcony

We like it because it includes in the fees:
- electricity, water and gas consumption
- bed linen (changed every 7 days for a minimum stay of 14 nights)
- use of air conditioning
- final cleaning (excluding kitchenette)

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- kitchenette by the customer (otherwise € 50 will be requested)
- tourist tax at the discretion of the Municipality
- deposit € 200 (it will be returned at the end of the stay after checking the apartment (in case of departure after reception hours, to be agreed, the deposit will be returned by bank transfer)
- for customers who book Villa with a swimming pool, at check-in they will have to sign a liability release for the protection and use of this environment

Optional costs available upon request and payable on-site:
- bathroom linen € 20
- rearrangement (no kitchenette) € 40 villa 4, € 50 villa 6
- beach towel rental € 5 per change
- high chair/stroller € 2 per day per piece
- American coffee machine/kettle € 2 per day per piece
- cot 0-2.99 years € 5 per day (free if brought by the customer)
- extra bed € 15 per day
- pets allowed, except common areas, € 30 per stay
