Cala Viola

The Cala Viola Residence is a small complex in Sos Alinos, 12 km from Orosei. The sea and the beautiful beach of fine sand are found at about 1,200 metres, in one of the most evocative stretches of coast of the Gulf of Orosei. Car is recommended.

Composed of only 35 apartments surrounded by greenery, the complex offers:
- reception (from 03/06 to 16/09 open 08.00-22.00, other periods 09.00-13.00 / 17.00-20.00)
- barbecue area
- a small playground for children
- bar with air conditioning
- swimming pool with hydromassage area and a solarium equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds
- private parking adjacent to the structure
- wi-fi in the pool and adjacent areas
- laundry area for common use with washing machine and dryer for a fee

The complex carries out separate collection and transfer of waste in special containers.

The apartments are spread over three floors (ground, first and second) and have:
- patio with an equipped umbrella or covered balcony/veranda or area equipped with table and chairs
- LCD TV
- services with a hairdryer
- air conditioning
- telephone for internal use
- safe-deposit box

Just 100 meters away we find a convenient bus stop to go to the most beautiful beaches in the Cala Liberotto area, which can also be reached by walking or by own means.

We like it because: included in the fees
- final cleaning (kitchenette and disposal of waste by the customer or supplement of € 50)
- electricity, water and gas consumption
- bed linen (changed every 7 days for a minimum stay of 14 nights)
- air conditioning
- use of the swimming pool with Wi-Fi use

COSTS TO PAY ON-SITE 
- Tourist tax: currently not in force.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment, returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment.

- Beach towel rental € 2.5 per towel per day and a deposit of € 20 per towel, returnable at the end of the stay

- Pets € 10 per day (max 10 kg and max 1 per apartment) excluding common areas.
