Le Pavoncelle residence

The Le Pavoncelle residence is located in the renowned town of Santa Teresa Gallura in a quiet position, just 800 meters from the town centre, characterized by the lively little square and the artisan shops. The residence is located about 1 km from the Rena Bianca beach, famous for its fine white sand and incredibly crystalline sea; on the beach there are bathing establishments (the opening of services is at the discretion of private managers) and, nearby, diving centres. From the modern tourist port it is possible to reach nearby Corsica and the wonderful archipelago of the island of La Maddalena. The town offers a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata available from mid-June to mid-September, the bus stop is about 500 meters from the property.

The apartments are located in a small three-story building and are functionally furnished, equipped with:

- iron and ironing board (upon request)
- Shared washing machine and dryer at the I Mirti Bianchi residence, 500 meters away
- air conditioning
- wi-fi partial use
- indoor garage and unattended outdoor parking.

A few steps away is the lively square of Santa Teresa with the characteristic shops of the historic center, and numerous clubs for those looking for an intense nightlife.

COSTS TO PAY ON-SITE 
- Tourist tax: varies according to the amount according to the indications of the municipality of Santa Teresa di Gallura.
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. Returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).
