Le Residenze Gallura

The Gallura Residences are located in the heart of the renowned centre of San Teodoro, full of services and entertainment. The property is located a few steps from the characteristic square, which can be reached with a short walk (about 500 meters), and 2 km from the beautiful white sandy beach of La Cinta (reachable by car or with public service, active during the summer season).

On the east coast, there are enchanting beaches, archaeological sites and nature trails among the most beautiful in Sardinia. Car is recommended.

The complex has:
- reception office (09.00-13.00 and 17.00-20.00)
- wi-fi in common areas and outdoor spaces
- free unattended street parking
- shared barbecue
- bicycles subject to availability (deposit € 50)

The apartments are furnished simply and functionally, they can be on the ground floor with an equipped garden or on the first floor with an equipped balcony, they are equipped with:
- tv
- oven
- microwave oven
- air conditioning (1 split)
- washing machine
- bathroom with shower box and hairdryer
- equipped veranda or balcony
- an umbrella is provided for each apartment

The complex carries out separate collection and transfer of waste in special containers.

We like it because, included in the fees :
- final cleaning
- consumption of electricity, water and gas
- bed linen (changed every 7 days for a minimum stay of 14 nights)
- air conditioning
- 1 beach umbrella in each apartment
- wi-fi in common areas and outdoor spaces

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
- tourist tax: to be paid on-site, it is mandatory for the municipality of San Teodoro
- € 200 deposit per apartment, returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment.

- rearrangement (kitchenette excluded): Three-roomed 4 € 40, Three-roomed 5/6 € 50.
