Casa Vacanza gli Asfodeli is located a few minutes walk from the center .
Composed of only three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, it is also excellent for small groups.
On the ground floor there are two four-room apartments on the first floor there is a large three-room apartment They are all equipped with:
- kitchenette with oven, dishes, cutlery
- tv
- ceiling fan
- washing machine
- garden and veranda equipped with garden table and chairs if on the ground floor
- large veranda equipped with garden table and chairs if on the first floor
- unattended car parking inside the property
- outdoor shower for the apartments on the ground floor

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement of € 50 per stay is required for apartment cleaning.

COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise € 25 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. The deposit will be delivered to the home 48 hours after the apartment has been checked and sent by bank transfer or credit card.
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: € 50 per stay.
- Bed and bath linen: € 14 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement for cot brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table: € 3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if you give advance notice and if by 24:00 supplement of € 25, if you do not give notice and after 24:00 possibility of entry only the following day.
