I Giardini di Porto Ottiolu

Only 8 apartments and a Villa set in a peaceful area of Porto Ottiolu, a well-known tourist resort situated in a splendid bay halfway between Budoni and San Teodoro, framed by a white sand beach and cobalt blue sea.
Guest are welcomed at the reception (credit cards accepted). In the nearby Ottiolu centre, you have a bar, restaurants, pizzeria, newspapers, tobacconist, chemist, ATM, boutiques, shops, piano bar and else.

The apartments are 300 to 600m from the sea, they have been recently built and are very nicely furnished, all have an independent entrance and:
- patio with table and chairs
- tv
- washing machine
- ironing table and iron
- shower and hairdryer
- external unguarded parking

Your four-legged friends are welcome, a supplement is required for the apartment cleaning.

COSTS INCLUDED: electricity, water, gas and final cleaning
COSTS TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT
The cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and kitchen equipment is the responsibility of the customer, otherwise, € 50 will be charged
- Deposit: € 200 Bilo / Trilo 6S. € 1.000 Villa
Additional optional services on request to be paid locally
- Pets: € 30 per week.
- Bed and bath linen: € 15 per person per change.
- Extra bed: NOT AVAILABLE
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement for cot brought by the customer - max 1 per apartment).
- Child seat per table: € 3 per day.
- For arrivals outside opening hours: if forewarned and if before 11.00 pm supplement of € 25, € 50 per stay afterwards
11 pm. If not forewarned, the possibility of entry only the following day.
