Palau Green Village

Immersed in the enchanting landscape of Sardinia, Palau Green Village is designed to reflect the tradition and architecture of the island. It is nestled amidst the characteristic Mediterranean scrubland, where the wind has sculpted the granite rocks. Just 200 meters from the sea, it enjoys a privileged location a few meters from the centre of Palau, and it is a 30-minute drive from the Costa Smeralda.

The beach, just steps away from the property, overlooks the splendid islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. This pleasant setting is surrounded by a dense pine forest with a fitness trail, making it the perfect place for picnics, relaxing walks, and outdoor sports activities.

Palau Green Village residence offers its guests:
- reception office (open from 09:00-13:00 and 16:30-20:00)
- sun terrace
- pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas (subject to availability)
- relaxation area
- Wi-Fi (partial usage)
- bar (external management)
- bicycles for guest use (free, subject to availability, €50 deposit required)

The apartments are built with typical Sardinian stone and harmoniously set within carefully maintained gardens featuring characteristic Mediterranean plants. They are interconnected via green pathways leading to the charming pool.

Comfortably furnished, the apartments are distributed on the ground floor with equipped patios or on the first floor with furnished verandas. They include:
- kitchenette
- electric kettle
- air conditioning (1 split)
- satellite TV
- Wi-Fi (partial usage)
- microwave
- toaster
- shower and hairdryer
- ironing board (available upon request)
- 1 umbrella provided for each apartment
- beach towels available for rent

Your pets are welcome (except in common areas), with a small supplement of €30 for apartment cleaning. There is a small sandy cove for pets located approximately 150-200 meters away.

We like it because, included in the rates:
- final cleaning (kitchen area and waste disposal are the customer's responsibility or a €50 supplement)
- electricity, water, and gas consumption
- bed and bath linen (changed every 7 days for stays of at least 14 nights)
- pool usage
- air conditioning
- bicycle usage (upon deposit)

- parking

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.
- deposit: €200 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after verification of the apartment's condition. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (customer's expenses).

Additional optional services available upon request and payable on-site:
- additional bed: €25 per day
- pets (max 25 kg): €30 per stay for extra cleaning
- housekeeping (excluding the kitchen area) for Monolocale (studio) €20 and Bilocale (two-room) €30
- beach towel rental: €5 per change
- bath linen: €10 per person
- crib (0-2.99 years): €5 per day
- family kit (crib, bathtub, bottle warmer, stroller, highchair): €50 per week
- highchair/stroller: €2 per day per piece
- breakfast at the on-site bar (available upon request) at agreed-upon prices.
