Cugnana Verde Village superior apartments

In the heart of the Costa Smeralda, between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo, stands the Cugnana Verde Village. The structure, made up of about 1000 apartments, is located in the center of a natural park of Mediterranean scrub and enjoys a splendid panorama from which it is possible to admire the Gulf of Cugnana and the town of Porto Rotondo. Ideal place to discover the numerous white sand beaches and fall in love with an enchanting sea.
The closest beach is 950 meters away, possibility of using the shuttle service active until 10 September for the Rena Bianca beach 3.5 km away.
A few minutes by car are the most beautiful beaches and coves in the area such as Rena Bianca, Portisco, Capriccioli, Cala di Volpe and Romazzino.
The village has a central area where the reception is located, a shopping centre, the swimming pools and the small square for the entertainment and enjoyment of the little ones, surrounded by apartments located in various blocks.

Inside the structure we find:

- Two swimming pools, one of which is for children open from May 31st to September 23rd.
- Bar-pizzeria and a bar-ice cream shop open from 31st May to 23rd September.
- 2 mini-markets, 1 supermarket, newspaper and tobacco kiosk open from 31st May to 23rd September.

- cars, mopeds and boats can be rented at the reception; it is also possible to book boat trips to the “La Maddalena” archipelago, accompanied excursions and dinners in a farmhouse.
- Two tennis courts and a soccer field (private for a fee).
In the immediate vicinity services of all kinds: 2 km mini-market, 7 km pharmacy and 2 km riding stables.

From 05/06 to 10/09 shuttle service to/from the beach at set times, daytime entertainment with games, sports and social tournaments, evening entertainment with shows and cabaret in the amphitheater, mini-club for children aged 4/12 with assistants specialists at set times.

The apartments are located in blocks on different levels, are separated by paths, flower beds and tall trees and connected to each other by stairs, stairways and internal paths. Equipped with renovated furnishings, they are composed of a living/dining area with kitchenette equipped with electric hobs, bathroom with shower; equipped balcony or terrace.
Possibility of apartment with air conditioning with a supplement of € 15.00 per day to be requested at the time of booking.

Your four-legged friends are welcome (common areas excluded), a small supplement of €30 is required for cleaning the apartment.

Included in the rates:
- Consumption of water, electricity, bed linen with weekly change, courtesy set (soap + paper roll), messenger service, final cleaning and sanitization, entertainment from 05/06 to 10/09

Compulsory costs to be paid locally:
- Deposit: € 100 refundable at the end of the stay after inspection.
- Kitchenette: €26 charge if not returned clean.
- Tourist tax: € 2.10 per person per day.

Additional optional services on request to be paid locally:
- Bath towels: €8 per person per change.
- TV rental: € 35 per week, to be requested when booking.
- Children 0/2 years: cot € 35 per week, to be requested when booking, free if brought by the customer
- Air Conditioning: € 15 per day, to be requested when booking
- Pets: small pets allowed (common areas excluded) € 30 for cleaning.
