Borgo Marana

Suggestive coves of white sand alternate with rocky landscapes, the colours of the sea, ranging from an almost transparent turquoise to a bright and intense blue, combined with the scents of the rough nature typical of this area.

We are in the heart of the Punta Marana area, in the Gulf of Marinella, between Olbia and Golfo Aranci, one of the most fascinating and romantic areas in the north-east of the island.

It is in this enchanting context that Borgo Marana rises, a recently built residence, a few meters from the sea and the beach.

Characterized by exclusive and prestigious rows of particularly well-kept buildings connected to each other by stone paths, well-kept green gardens and porticoes made of terracotta, granite and precious wood that are grouped around the pretty little square where there is a small church and commercial activities.

The tourist port, is a few meters away, for evening walks or purchases in the various commercial activities; in front of the wonderful Gulf of Marinella with the famous beach of fine white sand.

In the part by the sea closest to the residence, there is a private bathing area with umbrellas and sunbeds available to guests. A short and pleasant path through pedestrian paths inserted between granite and typical Mediterranean vegetation leads to the other sandy cove reserved for guests of the structure with umbrellas and deck chairs (from 01/06 to 30/09). Inside the complex:

- market and other commercial activities (from 20/05 to 25/09 external management)
- 3 multi-purpose fields in synthetic grass (tennis/soccer), paid lighting
- umbrellas and deck chairs on the beach (from 01/06 to 30/09)

The apartments are well finished and equipped with every comfort, some with sea view on the Gulf of Marinella offer:
- LCD TV
- washing machine and dishwasher
- air conditioning (only in VIP apartments)
- kitchenette with four burners
- oven
- fridge with freezer
- services with shower
- patio and garden equipped with table and chairs if on the ground floor
- veranda equipped with table and chairs if on the first floor

Your four-legged friends are welcome with a small supplement for cleaning the apartment

A few thoughts on your arrival, included in the fees:
- beach service 1 umbrella, 2 sunbeds or deckchairs in the two private concessions per apartment
- consumption of electricity, water, gas
- bed linen and towels with weekly change
- tv
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- final cleaning (cleaning of the kitchenette, crockery and kitchen equipment and waste disposal are the responsibility of the customer; otherwise €50 will be charged)

TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT:
- Deposit (mandatory): € 100 per apartment.
Additional Optional Services to be paid locally:
- Bed linen: €10 per person for each change;
- Bath towels: €10 per person for each change;
- Extra bed (not included in Mono 3): €10 per day
- Cot: € 5 per day (no supplement per cot brought by the client - max 1 per apartment);
- Pets (small size - on request): € 50 per stay.
