Baia de Bahas Residence

A few steps from the sea, in a quiet location with a panoramic view of the Gulf of Marinella, lies the Baia de Bahas complex. Consisting of several terraced units interspersed with flowerbeds and gardens, it is located only 250 metres from the sea and 5 km from the renowned Porto Rotondo. It offers well-furnished apartments in soft colours and natural materials that blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Within the residence, you'll find a bar-restaurant and a privately managed market (open from June to September). Due to its location, we recommend having a car with you.

The complex features:
- reception office open from 9.00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

- communal washing machine
- bicycles available for free until supplies last, with a €50 deposit
- padel court (managed externally by private parties, to be requested on-site)

The Baia de Bahas apartments are distributed in a main building or in two-story townhouse buildings, most of which have a veranda or balcony, and some offer sea views. They are equipped with:
- tv
- fully equipped kitchenette
- microwave
- kettle
- toaster
- air conditioning: (1 split)
- bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- iron and ironing board (on request)
- 1 beach umbrella provided per apartment
- coffee machine available for a fee upon request

Your four-legged friends are welcome, an extra € 30 per stay is required for cleaning.

We like it because it includes in the fees:
- electricity, water, and gas consumption, bed and bath linen (change every 7 days for stays of a minimum of 14 nights), final cleaning, air conditioning, use of bicycles (subject to availability), communal washing machine, parking.

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal, or a €50 surcharge if not done by the customer
- € 200 security deposit (to be returned via bank transfer in the case of early departure or outside of office hours)
- tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.

Optional costs available upon request and payable on-site:
- replenishment (excluding the kitchenette) at €40 for two-bedroom apartments (Bilo) and €50 for three-bedroom apartments (Trilo)
- bath linen at €10 per single set
- extra bed linen at €20 per double set
- beach towel rental at €5 per change
- family kit (crib, baby bathtub, bottle warmer, stroller, high chair) for €8 per day
- high chair/stroller at €2 per day per item
- coffee machine/kettle at €2 per day per item
- crib for children aged 0 to 2.99 years at €5 per day (free if brought by the customer)
- pets are allowed; please inform us at the time of booking (maximum 25 kg and not allowed in common areas) for an extra cleaning fee of €30 per pet.
