Located near Stintino, this recently built residence is a unique place, just 100 meters from the sea, situated next to one of the most enchanting beaches in Sardinia.

Characterized by a contemporary and modern design, with light colours and the use of natural materials, the structure offers minimalist furnishings that contribute to creating an atmosphere of relaxation and tranquillity where you can enjoy the brand-new pool, open from May 21st (indicative date). Only 4 km from Stintino, an ancient fishing village known for its picturesque harbour and the new marina, rich in typical restaurants and venues that come to life in the summer evenings with events, night markets, and various activities.

The 56 elegantly furnished apartments, complete with every comfort, are organized into five distinct residential groups surrounded by gardens. They are located on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a terrace, both equipped with a table and chairs. They include:

The nearest beach is 100 meters from the sea and 250 meters from the protected beach of "La Pelosa." Entrance to "La Pelosa" beach is available upon limited availability and online reservation (on La Pelosa's website). Nearby at the Gabbiano and La Pelosetta beaches, there are beach establishments where you can rent umbrellas and loungers (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private operators).

We like it because, included in the rates:

- bed linen (changed every 7 days for stays of at least 14 nights)

Mandatory costs to be paid on-site:
- tourist tax: varies depending on the period, mandatory according to municipal regulations.
- deposit: €200 per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay after verification of the apartment's condition. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit may be refunded via bank transfer (customer's expenses).
