In a quiet location, 800 meters from the beautiful Rena Bianca beach, stands the Residence I Mirti Bianchi.

A few meters away is the small village of Santa Teresa, which owes its name to Vittorio Emanuele I of Savoy who founded it in 1808, renaming it with the name of his wife Maria Teresa known as Longosardo, today one of the best-known destinations in Sardinia; the centre is characterized by elegant buildings in pastel tones which alternate, on the main street, with churches, shops of various kinds and typical Sardinian handicraft establishments. The town offers a public bus to the beaches of Capo Testa and La Marmorata from mid-June to mid-September, the stop is only about 500 meters from the structure.

COSTS TO PAY ON-SITE

- Deposit: € 200 per apartment. returnable at the end of the stay after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside reception office hours, the security deposit can be returned by bank transfer (costs charged to the customer).
